RecipeKeep (“the Service”) is operated by Swand AB, org-nr 559523-0896, Sweden. These Terms govern your use of recipekeep.de and any related apps.
You must be at least 16 years old, or have parental consent, to use RecipeKeep. Accounts may only be used by the registered user.
You retain ownership of any recipes, images, and notes you upload or save (“Your Content”). You grant RecipeKeep a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, cache, display, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you save (e.g., imported images from third-party sites).
When you import a recipe from a URL, we fetch the publicly available data and store a copy for your personal use only. We do not make imported content public or share it with other users.
Pro costs 49 SEK / month (incl. VAT where applicable), billed via Stripe. You may cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase, as required by the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
You agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; (b) abuse the API beyond rate limits; (c) upload malware or illegal content; (d) resell access to the Service; (e) use RecipeKeep to violate any third party’s intellectual property rights.
The Service is provided “as is”. We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee it during this launch period. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.
You may delete your account any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms after giving reasonable notice, except in cases of clear abuse.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Swand AB’s total liability for any claim under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing excludes liability for gross negligence or intent as required by Swedish or German law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Stockholm District Court, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights under EU law.
We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
